Chipotle Elbow Macaroni with Chicken

Elbow macaroni is always the favorite dish of all families, this recipe for elbow macaroni in a creamy chipotle sauce with cheddar cheese and manchego cheese is delicious. Plus, it has chicken cubes. Wow!

  • 1 1/2 cups elbow pasta
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/4 cups cow's milk
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cups chipotle chile
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 500 grams chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Manchego cheese, shredded
  • salt and pepper

  • Heat a pot with water until it reaches a boiling point, add salt and cook the elbow macaroni until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Blend the milk with the sour cream, chipotle chili, and garlic.
  • Heat a deep pot with the butter, cook the chicken and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until fully cooked.
  • Add the sauce you previously blended and the cheeses, cook until they melt. Mix in the cooked elbow macaroni and cook for 1 more minute just to integrate. Season to your taste with salt and pepper.
  • Serve and enjoy.
