Creamy Chipotle Chicken

  • 1 cup cream cheese, in medium cubes
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cups table cream
  • 1/2 cups chipotle chile in adobo sauce
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 kilo chicken breast, boneless and skinless
  • basil sprouts

  • Blend the cream cheese, milk, cream, half-and-half, and adobo chipotle, seasoning with salt. Blend for 10 minutes or until you achieve a smooth consistency.
  • Pour the oil into a skillet and heat over medium heat, then add the chicken breasts and sear on both sides for 5 minutes.
  • Add the chipotle sauce and cover the chicken breasts. Cook for 15 minutes.
  • Serve on a flat plate, add a tablespoon of sauce, place the chicken breast on top, and drizzle with the sauce. Garnish the creamy chipotle chicken with sprouts and serve with rice.
