Blend the cream cheese, milk, cream, half-and-half, and adobo chipotle, seasoning with salt. Blend for 10 minutes or until you achieve a smooth consistency. Pour the oil into a skillet and heat over medium heat, then add the chicken breasts and sear on both sides for 5 minutes.
