12 corn tortillas
1 chicken breast, cooked and shredded
1 cup vegetable oil
5 tomatillos, for the sauce
3 serrano chiles
1/4 onions
1 clove garlic
1/2 bunches fresh cilantro
2 avocados, for the sauce
1/4 cups lime juice
salt
lettuce, for serving
radish, for serving
queso fresco, for serving
sour cream, for serving

Fill the tortillas with the chicken, roll them up to form a taco.
Heat the oil over medium heat, fry the tacos for 5 minutes until golden brown.
Drain on Bounty® paper towels to remove excess grease. Set aside.
For the sauce: Blend the tomatoes, chiles, onion, garlic, cilantro, avocado, and lime juice, season with salt.
