Crispy Chicken Tacos with Avocado Sauce

There’s nothing better at mealtime than some delicious and crispy chicken taquitos, especially when accompanied by a special avocado sauce, along with cream, cheese, and lettuce, it will be impossible to resist.

  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 1 chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 5 tomatillos, for the sauce
  • 3 serrano chiles
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 bunches fresh cilantro
  • 2 avocados, for the sauce
  • 1/4 cups lime juice
  • salt
  • lettuce, for serving
  • radish, for serving
  • queso fresco, for serving
  • sour cream, for serving

  • Fill the tortillas with the chicken, roll them up to form a taco.
  • Heat the oil over medium heat, fry the tacos for 5 minutes until golden brown.
  • Drain on Bounty® paper towels to remove excess grease. Set aside.
  • For the sauce: Blend the tomatoes, chiles, onion, garlic, cilantro, avocado, and lime juice, season with salt.
