Chicken in Mushroom Cream

1 green onion
1 white onion
1 clove garlic
250 milliliters whipping cream
1 can button mushrooms
1 pinch salt, and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons margarine
100 grams parsley
Preparation

Add 1 tablespoon of margarine to a skillet, wait for it to heat up, and add the chopped onions and garlic. Sauté until golden.
Add the cream, the drained mushrooms, and season with salt and pepper.
Cook on low heat until the mushrooms are tender. Set aside.
Place 1 tablespoon of margarine in the skillet, brown the chicken on both sides, and wait until it is well cooked in the center.
Serve with the mushroom sauce and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
