Chicken in Mushroom Cream

Try this recipe for chicken in mushroom cream, it's simple and very tasty. Both adults and kids will love it.

  • 4 chicken
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 250 milliliters whipping cream
  • 1 can button mushrooms
  • 1 pinch salt, and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 100 grams parsley

  • Add 1 tablespoon of margarine to a skillet, wait for it to heat up, and add the chopped onions and garlic. Sauté until golden.
  • Add the cream, the drained mushrooms, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook on low heat until the mushrooms are tender. Set aside.
  • Place 1 tablespoon of margarine in the skillet, brown the chicken on both sides, and wait until it is well cooked in the center.
  • Serve with the mushroom sauce and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
