For the sauce, chop the tomato, onion, and chili into small pieces.
Fry in a pan with a little oil, season with chicken broth, let cook for 5 minutes, add the spinach and let cook for another 7 minutes. Finally, blend.
In another pan, fry the mushrooms and zucchini cut into slices about 5 cm thick with a little oil. Cook for 4 minutes, do not let the zucchini become watery.
On a plate, pour a portion of the sauce and place a medallion on top, then add a layer of zucchini and grated cheese, to finish, place another medallion on top and add the mushrooms.
