2 teaspoons Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
800 grams boneless chicken breast, and skinless
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 zucchinis, cut into slices
15 button mushrooms, cut in half
1/2 onions, cut into cubes
2 limes, (the juice)
1/2 cups parsley, finely chopped
1 pinch pepper, to taste

Clean the chicken breasts very well.
Cut the chicken and onion into cubes. Cut the zucchini into slices and cut the mushrooms in half.
In a deep bowl, add the chicken along with the vegetables, olive oil, 2 teaspoons of Knorr® Chicken Broth, lemon juice, parsley, and pepper. Mix well.
Assemble the skewers by placing chicken alternated with the vegetables on each stick.
In a hot skillet, cook the skewers until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
