Chicken Skewers with Vegetables

  • 2 teaspoons Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 800 grams boneless chicken breast, and skinless
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 zucchinis, cut into slices
  • 15 button mushrooms, cut in half
  • 1/2 onions, cut into cubes
  • 2 limes, (the juice)
  • 1/2 cups parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch pepper, to taste

  • Clean the chicken breasts very well.
  • Cut the chicken and onion into cubes. Cut the zucchini into slices and cut the mushrooms in half.
  • In a deep bowl, add the chicken along with the vegetables, olive oil, 2 teaspoons of Knorr® Chicken Broth, lemon juice, parsley, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Assemble the skewers by placing chicken alternated with the vegetables on each stick.
  • In a hot skillet, cook the skewers until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
