Chicken Skewers with Vinaigrette Salad

  • 1 chicken cutlet
  • 50 grams almonds
  • 1 egg
  • salt
  • bread crumbs, as needed
  • vegetable oil, as needed
  • 100 grams lettuce, various
  • 1/2 red onions
  • vinaigrette, sweet and sour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 beet

  • Skewers: Place the breaded chicken, almonds, egg in the food processor and season with salt and pepper.
  • Refrigerate the mixture and then form the skewers on sticks, shaping them elongated.
  • Then dip in egg, breadcrumbs and fry.
  • Salad: Place all the leaves in a bowl and season with the sweet and sour vinaigrette.
  • Sweet and Sour Vinaigrette: Combine salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar and whisk to dissolve the ingredients; finally, add the oil while continuing to whisk and use.
