1 kilo chicken thigh, skinless, boneless, and flattened
100 grams fresh parsley, washing and disinfecting
1 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon sea salt
1 tablespoon pepper
6 tablespoons lime juice

Cut the thighs into 4 pieces. Soak the skewers to prevent them from burning.
Blend the parsley, lemon juice, oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Marinate the thighs for at least two hours in the parsley mixture. Insert 2 or 3 pieces of thigh onto each skewer.
Preheat a grill pan or barbecue; once it's hot, add the skewers and cook over medium heat, rotating every 3 minutes to achieve a golden-brown skewer.
