Chicken Thigh Skewers

You can serve these skewers as an appetizer or as a dish at barbecues. They have a very intense but delicious flavor.

  • 1 kilo chicken thigh, skinless, boneless, and flattened
  • 100 grams fresh parsley, washing and disinfecting
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sea ​​salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 6 tablespoons lime juice

  • Cut the thighs into 4 pieces. Soak the skewers to prevent them from burning.
  • Blend the parsley, lemon juice, oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Marinate the thighs for at least two hours in the parsley mixture. Insert 2 or 3 pieces of thigh onto each skewer.
  • Preheat a grill pan or barbecue; once it's hot, add the skewers and cook over medium heat, rotating every 3 minutes to achieve a golden-brown skewer.
