Delicious chicken with paprika, perfect for days when you have many guests at home. The chicken with paprika is accompanied by some tasty potatoes, you can't miss this recipe.
600 grams chicken breast, skinless and boneless, cut into medium cubes
1 tablespoon paprika
1/2 cups potato, peeled and cut into cubes
3 1/2 cups water
1 tablespoon Maizena® cornstarch
4 teaspoons Primavera® Cook Without Salt margarine

In a pot over medium-high heat, melt the Primavera Chantilly® Salt-Free margarine and sauté the chicken to seal in its juices until golden brown. Add the potatoes and cook for a couple of minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour 3 cups of water into the pot and let it boil. Add and dissolve the tablespoons of Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth and the paprika. Lower the heat, cover, and cook for 20-25 minutes.
Dissolve the Maizena® cornstarch in the half cup of remaining water and pour it into the pot. Mix well and let it boil to thicken. Remove from heat and serve.
