Livers in Brandy

A delicious recipe where you will enjoy livers with a touch of brandy, perfect to enjoy with your loved ones.

  • 1 Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon, cube
  • 500 grams bird liver, from chicken, cleaned and cut into small pieces.
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons brandy
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
  • 4 teaspoons vegetable oil

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the oil and sauté the onion. Add the garlic and fry for a moment, stirring constantly.
  • Add the livers and fry them for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove them and place them on paper towels.
  • Pour the brandy into the saucepan and increase the heat slightly. Return the livers and cook for a couple of minutes. Serve them hot.
