Parmesan Chicken Meatballs

  • 600 grams chicken, ground
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons parsley
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cups breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cups Del Fuerte® tomato puree
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon basil, dry

  • In a bowl, mix the ground chicken, onion, garlic, parsley, parmesan cheese, and breadcrumbs. On a board, form small balls and set aside.
  • In a cast iron skillet, heat the oil and fry the meatballs for 10 minutes, add the Del Fuerte® Tomato Puree, the mozzarella cheese, the basil, and bake for 15 minutes.
