The Spinach and Ricotta Stuffed Rolls are the perfect dish for a tasty meal, due to the healthy preparation and obviously because of their delicious flavor. You won't believe how easy this recipe is.
6 chicken breast fillets, (pieces of approximately 100 g each)
1 cup spinach, washed and disinfected, chopped, without stems
4 tablespoons requesón
2 pasilla chiles, deveined and seedless, soaked in hot water
4 tomatoes, cut into quarters
1/4 onions
1 garlic
1 1/2 cups water
4 tablespoons Primavera® Cook Without Salt margarine

Season the chicken steaks with 2 teaspoons of Knorr® Suiza chicken broth. For the filling, mix and thoroughly integrate the spinach and cheese. Divide this mixture among each chicken steak and form the rolls. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the Primavera® Cocina Sin Sal margarine and sear the rolls
until golden brown on all sides.
Blend the chili, tomato, onion, garlic, and water perfectly. Pour the sauce into the pot and bring to a boil.
Sprinkle the remaining teaspoons of Knorr® Suiza chicken broth and cook over medium heat for
5-7 minutes.
