Add the chicken breasts, milk, and hot sauce to a bowl. Then cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Mix the flour, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, salt, and baking powder in a bowl, then mix with a fork. In another bowl, place the egg. Remove the chicken from the milk and dip it in the flour mixture, then in the egg, and finally back in the flour. Set aside.
Fry each chicken breast for 10 minutes in a pot with hot oil over medium-high heat. Remove and place on a plate with paper towels.
On a cutting board, place each slice of bread and spread with McCormick® Guacamole Mayonnaise Dressing. On 4 of the slices, place a fried chicken breast and cheddar cheese. Top with the other slices of bread and set aside.
Heat the butter on a grill over medium heat, brown each of the fried chicken and cheese sandwiches, and set aside.
Serve the fried chicken and cheese sandwich on a board and accompany with McCormick® Guacamole Mayonnaise Dressing.
