Add the chicken breasts, milk, and hot sauce to a bowl. Then cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Mix the flour, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, salt, and baking powder in a bowl, then mix with a fork. In another bowl, place the egg.
