Fried Chicken Burger

Try this delicious fried chicken burger, which is full of flavor thanks to Member's Mark® Canadian Style Chicken Seasoning, as it gives that special and delicious touch. Moreover, this is a very easy recipe to prepare.

  • 4 half chicken breasts, skinless, boneless, butterflied
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 4 eggs, mixed, for breading
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/2 cups Member's Mark Canadian Style Chicken Seasoning, 385 g
  • salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • vegetable oil, for frying the chicken
  • 4 brioche bun for burger
  • McCormick® Chipotle Mayonnaise Dressing
  • coleslaw, for the burger
  • red cabbage, in thin strips, for garnishing the burger
  • pickles, in slices, for garnishing the burger
  • French fries, to accompany the fried chicken burger

  • Mix the milk, heavy cream, and hot sauce in a bowl until integrated. Place each piece of chicken in the mixture, cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Mix the flour with Member’s Mark® Canadian Style Chicken Seasoning and baking powder in a bowl. Place on a flat plate.
  • To bread the chicken: take the chicken out of the milk, dip it in the flour mixture, then in the egg, and return to the flour once more, ensuring that the chicken breasts are well coated with the mixture.
  • Fry each of the breasts in a pot with hot oil over medium heat for 10 minutes or until golden brown on both sides. Remove from the oil and place on a plate lined with paper towels.
  • To assemble the fried chicken burger: spread McCormick® chipotle mayonnaise dressing on each of the bread tops, then place a piece of chicken, add coleslaw on top, and finally, garnish with purple cabbage and pickles, and close with the bread top.
  • Place the fried chicken burger on a flat plate and accompany with French fries.
