Place the pasta in a pot with water, half an onion, and a small piece of butter; let it cook until al dente. Let it cool and set aside.
In a large skillet, add 2 tablespoons of oil and the chicken to fry it. Add salt and pepper to taste, just to give it a bit of flavor.
Wash the two peppers, then place them on the stove grates to char the skin a little; once they're nicely charred, peel and de-seed them. In a blender, combine them with the half cream and chicken broth powder, and blend until you have a sauce, then set aside.
In the skillet with the browned chicken, add the pasta, mix a little, and pour the sauce on top.
