  • 3 chicken breasts, cut into pieces for Skewers
  • 1/4 cups maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 serrano chiles
  • 1/4 pineapples, natural
  • 1/2 red onions
  • ground peppers
  • rice vinegar

  • Insert the pieces of Chicken onto the sticks of each Skewer; you can put as many as you want, then add a bit of pepper and salt.
  • For the sauce, heat the maple syrup, soy sauce, and pineapple juice in a small pan or pot; once it boils, reduce the heat, let it bubble for 2 or 3 minutes, then remove from heat. Let it cool.
  • Cut the chili, onion, and pineapple into very small cubes, mix everything in a bowl, and add a bit of Rice Vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  • Use a grill or a griddle to roast the meat for the skewers; when they are nearly cooked, brush them with the maple and soy glaze using a special brush, then remove from heat and serve on a plate.
  • To finish, top them with the jalapeño and pineapple sauce, and you’re done.
