These Maple Glazed Skewers with Pineapple Pico de Gallo will surprise you; the combination of sweet, salty, and spicy flavors makes this dish a surprise for the senses.
Insert the pieces of Chicken onto the sticks of each Skewer; you can put as many as you want, then add a bit of pepper and salt.
For the sauce, heat the maple syrup, soy sauce, and pineapple juice in a small pan or pot; once it boils, reduce the heat, let it bubble for 2 or 3 minutes, then remove from heat. Let it cool.
Cut the chili, onion, and pineapple into very small cubes, mix everything in a bowl, and add a bit of Rice Vinegar, salt, and pepper.
