Chicken Breast in Milk

This recipe is a classic in the kitchen... of my aunt, I liked it to share because it is very easy to make and gives a different touch to everyday chicken, try it and add your own twist. You will see that the whole family will love it.

  • 4 chicken cutlets
  • 6 tablespoons cow's milk
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • vegetable oil, necessary amount

  • Make sure your breaded chicken breasts are even and well flattened, add salt and pepper to each one on both sides, and place them on a deep plate.
  • If you prefer, you can add seasoning or garlic to enhance the flavor, add the milk and place them in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes to absorb the milk's flavor.
  • Once the 20 minutes have passed, you can fry them and serve with whatever you prefer.
