6 chickens, boiled, reserve the broth
6 Poblano chiles, in strips
1/2 cups corn kernels
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cups chicken broth
salt, and pepper to taste

Blend half of the strips, the milk, and the chicken broth.
Fry the mixture in a saucepan and season to taste; when it comes to a boil, add the corn kernels.
Add the chicken and serve.
