This chicken has a special sauce made with strips of pasilla chili, a little orange juice, and prunes.

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
6 chickens, skinless and fat-free
1/2 onions, sliced
1/2 liters orange juice
12 pasilla chiles, medium, deveined, and rinsed
12 prunes
1 tablespoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
salt and pepper
water, if necessary

In a hot pot, add the oil, place the chicken pieces, sprinkle with a little salt and pepper, and let them brown on both sides.
Add the sliced onion and immediately the orange juice.
Cut the pasilla chili into thin strips and add them to the pot with the chicken.
Add the prunes and season with Knorr Suiza chicken broth, let it cook for a few more minutes until the chicken is well cooked and the strips are soft.
