Chicken Meatballs in Chilazo Sauce

With this recipe, you can prepare delicious cream cheese stuffed meatballs in green sauce. They are so tasty that everyone will want seconds.

  • 1 kilo ground meat, chicken
  • 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs, for breading
  • 1 egg
  • granulated chicken bouillon, to taste
  • 1 kilo tomatillo
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 sprig fresh cilantro
  • 1 package Philadelphia® cream cheese , large
  • serrano chiles, to taste

  • Mix the ground chicken with the bread, egg, and a little Knorr Suiza.
  • Make some meatballs, creating a hole in the center to fill with cream cheese.
  • Fry the meatballs and set aside.
  • For the sauce, boil the tomatoes with the chilies.
  • In the blender, put the tomatoes and chilies that we have already boiled along with the onion and cilantro and a little Knorr Suiza, and blend.
  • In a saucepan, put the sauce that we have blended, let it boil, and add the meatballs that we have already fried.
