4 chicken thighs
1 cup white vinegar
1 teaspoon oregano
6 ancho chiles
3 pasilla chiles
1 pinch black pepper
4 cloves
1/2 onions
2 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
salt
200 milliliters chipotle chilli sauce

Wash the chicken well.
Roast the chiles in a skillet, making sure they don't burn.
Remove the stems and seeds from the chiles and soak them in hot water for 10 min.
Blend the chiles with the onion, garlic, cloves, pepper, vinegar, chipotle sauce, and salt to taste.
Sauté the chicken in the pressure cooker with the oil, add the previously blended sauce and check the seasoning.
Close the pressure cooker and cook for 10 min.
Serve hot.
