Garlic Chicken Wings with Rice

1 envelope Knorr® Mi Arroz® White Rice Seasoning
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
8 chicken wings, cleaned
1 1/2 cups rice, raw, long grain, washed
2 3/4 cups water
1 guajillo chile, sliced into rings
2 cloves garlic, sliced

Sauté the chicken wings in 1 tablespoon of oil until they take on color.
Set them aside in a container. Sauté the garlic with the guajillo chili for 1 minute. Set aside.
In the same pot, follow the package instructions and fry the rice with the remaining 3 tablespoons of oil.
Once the rice grains are separated and lightly browned, add Knorr® MiArroz® White rice seasoning and the water.
Let the water boil, reduce the heat, and add the wings. Cover and allow the water to evaporate completely.
Serve a portion of rice with a wing and sprinkle with garlic and guajillo.
