Garlic Chicken Wings with Rice

  • 1 envelope Knorr® Mi Arroz® White Rice Seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 8 chicken wings, cleaned
  • 1 1/2 cups rice, raw, long grain, washed
  • 2 3/4 cups water
  • 1 guajillo chile, sliced into rings
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced

  • Sauté the chicken wings in 1 tablespoon of oil until they take on color.
  • Set them aside in a container. Sauté the garlic with the guajillo chili for 1 minute. Set aside.
  • In the same pot, follow the package instructions and fry the rice with the remaining 3 tablespoons of oil.
  • Once the rice grains are separated and lightly browned, add Knorr® MiArroz® White rice seasoning and the water.
  • Let the water boil, reduce the heat, and add the wings. Cover and allow the water to evaporate completely.
  • Serve a portion of rice with a wing and sprinkle with garlic and guajillo.
