Herb-Roasted Chicken

  • 1 lime, cut into quarters
  • 6 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1/4 bunches thyme
  • 1/4 bunches parsley
  • 1/2 cups olive oil

  • A fundamental step for this recipe is the oven, which should be preheated to 200 °C. Next, wash the chicken and dry it carefully.
  • Then season with salt and pepper inside and out. Next, make a mixture with the garlic, lemon juice, rosemary, thyme, and parsley; then, fill the cavity of the chicken with the sauce. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
  • Finally, drizzle olive oil over the chicken and rub it well, then place it in the oven for 60 minutes or until it starts to brown, approximately 80 to 90 minutes.
  • Once ready, let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
