Mole Verde with Chicken

1 chicken broth
100 grams pumpkin seeds, of zucchini
olive oil
1 kilo chicken, thigh, leg, breast
1 bunch spinach
1/3 green lettuces
2 serrano chiles
1 kilo green tomato
1 bunch fresh cilantro
1/2 onions
2 cloves garlic
salt, and pepper to taste

Boil the chicken in 6 cups of water with a piece of onion, 1 peeled garlic clove, and salt. Let it cook until well done. Reserve the broth.
Add the green tomatillos, cilantro, chilies, toasted pumpkin seeds, spinach, lettuce, pepper, onion, and 1 garlic clove to the blender.
In a large saucepan, fry the sauce very well and wait for it to thicken (approximately 15 minutes).
Add the chicken, cover, and let it cook for about 10 minutes.
