Boil the chicken in 6 cups of water with a piece of onion, 1 peeled garlic clove, and salt. Let it cook until well done. Reserve the broth. Add the green tomatillos, cilantro, chilies, toasted pumpkin seeds, spinach, lettuce, pepper, onion, and 1 garlic clove to the blender.
