Tamarind Chicken Rolls

  • 1 envelope Knorr® tamarind and Pasilla chili flavors

  • Spread the carrot and cheese on each chicken fillet. Roll up and set aside.
  • Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the chicken rolls until golden brown and cooked through.
  • In a separate container, blend the tomato and water. Pour into the skillet where the chicken was cooked and when it starts to boil, add the contents of the Knorr® Tamarind and Pasilla Chile flavor packet.
  • Cut each chicken roll in half, drizzle with the sauce, and serve.
