  • 1 chicken breast, grilled cut into strips
  • 4 slices Avocados from México
  • 4 slices red beefsteak tomato, grilled
  • 2 slices panela cheese, grilled
  • 10 grams spinach, cleaned and disinfected
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, or your preferred one
  • salt, and pepper, to taste
  • 2 flour tortillas, large (for burrito)
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 leaves lettuce, washed and disinfected

  • On one of the flour tortillas, spread the mustard, add half of the grilled chicken breast, 2 slices of avocado, 2 slices of tomato, 2 strips of grilled panela cheese, half of the spinach, and a leaf of lettuce. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly like a taquito, place it on a hot griddle to grill the tortilla and heat the ingredients.
  • Cut in half and dress with a little olive oil and vinegar.
