Christmas Chicken

Prepare a delicious chicken for Christmas (or any special occasion) that is so easy to make you'll have time to make dessert too!

  • 1 envelope Knorr® my recipes baked garlic and onion
  • 1.200 kilos chicken drumstick, and separated thighs, skinless
  • 1 can canned pineapple
  • 1 cup canned pineapple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

  • Wash the chicken pieces thoroughly and drain them well.
  • Remove the oven bag from the package, place the chicken inside, and pour the Knorr® Mis Recetas al Horno seasoning mix, integrating it well so that the entire chicken is seasoned.
  • Add the pineapple slices and close with the tie that comes with the bag, then place it in the oven at 180° C for approximately 60 minutes.
  • Cut the bag and collect the cooking juices.
  • In a pot, place the pineapple syrup and juice, let it reduce by 50%, and add the cornstarch previously dissolved in 1/4 cup of water.
  • Let it boil and serve the chicken with this sauce.
