Wash the chicken pieces thoroughly and drain them well. Remove the oven bag from the package, place the chicken inside, and pour the Knorr® Mis Recetas al Horno seasoning mix, integrating it well so that the entire chicken is seasoned. Add the pineapple slices and close with the tie that comes with the bag, then place it in the oven at 180° C for approximately 60 minutes. Cut the bag and collect the cooking juices. In a pot, place the pineapple syrup and juice, let it reduce by 50%, and add the cornstarch previously dissolved in 1/4 cup of water. Let it boil and serve the chicken with this sauce.
