A delicious and easy chicken preparation that we are sure will be a hit with your family. It features rich garlic and onion cream chicken that has a spectacular flavor, and the sauce is very creamy; they will love it!
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth granules and 2 sprigs of finely chopped parsley over the chicken breasts. Place them on a previously greased baking tray with a little oil at 180° C until cooked and lightly browned.
Baste them with water or with the same juice from the chicken breasts, two or three times during cooking.
In 1 tablespoon of oil, sauté the remaining parsley, the 2 finely chopped garlic cloves, and the drained corn (reserve the water) for 1 minute.
Add half of the reserved corn water to this mixture, season with Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth granules to taste, and when it comes to a boil, remove from heat.
Blend this mixture together with the cream and coat the chicken breasts in the hot sauce. Serve.
