Oven-Baked Chicken with Potatoes and Tomato Sauce in No Time

Delicious easy oven chicken recipe, simply arrange the vegetables on a tray and bake. Once the ingredients are cooked, blend the tomatoes to make the sauce. A perfect dish to use the oven and pamper your family.

1 chicken, milk
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1 tablespoon parsley, to taste
1 bunch aromatic herbs
50 grams butter
6 potatoes, medium
3 tomatoes
1 bunch green onion
20 grams granulated chicken bouillon
1 liter water

Slice 3 tomatoes into cubes. Cut 6 medium potatoes. Slice a bunch of green onions.
Surround the chicken with vegetables and scent with a bouquet of herbs.
Add 20 g of diluted chicken bouillon.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Grease the chicken with 50 g of butter.
Chop parsley to taste. Add the chopped parsley to the chicken.
Bake at 190° C for 45 minutes covered with aluminum foil.
Blend the roasted tomatoes, use as the sauce for the dish.
