Oven-Baked Chicken with Potatoes and Tomato Sauce in No Time

Delicious easy oven chicken recipe, simply arrange the vegetables on a tray and bake. Once the ingredients are cooked, blend the tomatoes to make the sauce. A perfect dish to use the oven and pamper your family.

  • 1 chicken, milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, to taste
  • 1 bunch aromatic herbs
  • 50 grams butter
  • 6 potatoes, medium
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 bunch green onion
  • 20 grams granulated chicken bouillon
  • 1 liter water

  • Slice 3 tomatoes into cubes. Cut 6 medium potatoes. Slice a bunch of green onions.
  • Surround the chicken with vegetables and scent with a bouquet of herbs.
  • Add 20 g of diluted chicken bouillon.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Grease the chicken with 50 g of butter.
  • Chop parsley to taste. Add the chopped parsley to the chicken.
  • Bake at 190° C for 45 minutes covered with aluminum foil.
  • Blend the roasted tomatoes, use as the sauce for the dish.
