- 1 chicken, milk
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 tablespoon parsley, to taste
- 1 bunch aromatic herbs
- 50 grams butter
- 6 potatoes, medium
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 bunch green onion
- 20 grams granulated chicken bouillon
- 1 liter water

- Slice 3 tomatoes into cubes. Cut 6 medium potatoes. Slice a bunch of green onions.
- Surround the chicken with vegetables and scent with a bouquet of herbs.
- Add 20 g of diluted chicken bouillon.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Grease the chicken with 50 g of butter.
- Chop parsley to taste. Add the chopped parsley to the chicken.
- Bake at 190° C for 45 minutes covered with aluminum foil.
- Blend the roasted tomatoes, use as the sauce for the dish.
