Pineapple Chicken

This is an easy, economical, and quick recipe for those who enjoy sweet and sour flavors; pineapple chicken is delicious.

  • 1 chicken, clean
  • 1 stick margarine, medium
  • 1 can canned pineapple
  • 500 grams potato, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 250 grams onion, slice

  • Grease a baking dish with margarine.
  • Wash the chicken and place it with small pieces of margarine.
  • Add the potatoes, onion, and canned pineapple.
  • Spread the chicken broth well inside and outside.
  • Cover the baking dish well with aluminum foil so that the meat doesn't dry out and stays tender.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  • Check every 30 minutes, with a maximum cooking time of 1 hour. Keep checking because some ovens heat unevenly; if that's the case, turn the baking dish so it cooks evenly. Poke with a fork; if it feels tender, remove and serve.
