400 grams chicken breast, strips 1cm thick
10 grams fresh ginger, piece
1/2 tablespoons black sesame seeds
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
50 milliliters orange juice
1 teaspoon pimentón
1/2 teaspoons ground pepper
3 tablespoons soy sauce, reduced in salt
2 tablespoons sesame oil
4 leaves red sangria lettuce
4 leaves Romaine lettuce
8 spinach leafs
1 avocado
2 radishes
4 tablespoons toasted peanuts
salt, to taste

Peel the ginger with the help of a spoon and finely grate it.
Mix the sesame seeds with the garlic, half of the juice, ginger, paprika, orange zest, pepper, soy sauce, and one tablespoon of sesame oil.
Marinate the chicken with the previous mixture in the refrigerator for one hour.
Heat a large skillet and cook the chicken with the sauce for 4 minutes over medium heat. Set aside.
Chop the lettuce and spinach. Cut the avocado into half moons and the radishes into slices.
Incorporate the rest of the oil into the juice of one orange and season with salt.
Place a base of pieces of lettuce and spinach on each plate.
Add the radish and avocado, and drizzle the orange dressing.
Serve the chicken hot over the salad and add the peanuts.
