Stuffed Chicken Breast with Chard and Cheese

This delicious stuffed chicken breast with chard and cheese will save you in a pinch, ideal for your weekly menu as it is quick and rich in vitamin A, very low in calories, and its green sauce will delight you. Serve it with steamed vegetables.

  • 4 chicken cutlets
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 4 leaves chard, stemless
  • 1 cup Oaxaca cheese, shredded
  • 4 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, for the sauce
  • 1/2 white onions, fileted, for the sauce
  • 500 grams tomatillo, in cubes, for the sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon

  • Season each milanesa on both sides with onion powder. Place 1 chard leaf, a little cheese on each, and roll to fill.
  • Heat 1 teaspoon of oil and cook one chicken breast until golden brown and cooked all around. Repeat with the remaining chicken rolls.
  • For the sauce, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and sauté the onion. Once it is soft, add the tomatoes and cook over medium heat until they take on color.
  • Add Knorr® Suiza to season and the chicken rolls. Let it come to a boil again.
  • Cook for 5 more minutes and serve.
