Chipotle Cream Chicken

Chicken breast stuffed with cheese and ham covered in chipotle cream.

  • 7 chicken breasts, flattened
  • 3/4 kilos Oaxaca cheese
  • 3/4 kilos deli ham
  • 1/2 sour cream
  • 1 canned chipotle pepper, small
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 100 butter

  • Stuff the chicken breast with ham and cheese and roll it up. Set aside.
  • Blend the cream with the chipotles and the milk.
  • Melt the butter in a skillet and place the chicken breasts to brown slightly. Pour in the mixture and season with salt. Let cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
