Chicken breast stuffed with cheese and ham covered in chipotle cream.

7 chicken breasts, flattened
3/4 kilos Oaxaca cheese
3/4 kilos deli ham
1/2 sour cream
1 canned chipotle pepper, small
1 cup cow's milk
100 butter
Preparation

Stuff the chicken breast with ham and cheese and roll it up. Set aside.
Blend the cream with the chipotles and the milk.
Melt the butter in a skillet and place the chicken breasts to brown slightly. Pour in the mixture and season with salt. Let cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
