  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cups spinach, frozen
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 4 chicken cutlets
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 2 cups Bimbo® Italian-style ground bread

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat with butter, cook the onion until it is shiny, add the spinach, add the cream cheese and cook until it melts. Season to taste with salt and pepper, let it cool.
  • Stuff the chicken cutlets with the previous preparation and wrap them like a roll. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.
  • In a bowl, place the eggs and beat with the milk, dip the chicken cutlets and coat with Bimbo® Italian-style breading.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat with a little oil and fry the cutlets, remove from the frying and place on absorbent paper. Remove the toothpicks, slice, and serve with tomato sauce.
