  • 1 cup goat cheese, natural (2 tablespoons per chicken breast)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cups orange juice, (hibiscus sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch, (hibiscus sauce)
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme, (hibiscus sauce)
  • 2 cups flowers, fresh hibiscus (hibiscus sauce)
  • 1/4 cups Splenda, Granulated (hibiscus sauce)

  • Stuff the chicken breasts with goat cheese seasoned with salt and pepper.
  • Brown the chicken breasts in a skillet to cook them.
  • Keep them warm.
