  • We finely chop our onion and bell pepper.
  • In a saucepan, we fry our ground beef, onion, and bell pepper, adding oil and pepper to taste. We will know it is cooked when all our meat has a brown color.
  • In the blender, we put our tomatoes and garlic and blend. We add this to our pot where our meat is already cooked.
  • We let our stew season for 6 to 8 minutes.
