In a saucepan, we fry our ground beef, onion, and bell pepper, adding oil and pepper to taste. We will know it is cooked when all our meat has a brown color.
In the blender, we put our tomatoes and garlic and blend. We add this to our pot where our meat is already cooked.
We let our stew season for 6 to 8 minutes.
