2 kilos ground beef
1 tablespoon cumin
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 kilo onion, finely chopped
500 grams red bell pepper, chopped
500 grams yellow bell pepper, chopped
2 Jalapeño chiles, chopped
7 tablespoons piquín chile powder
2 tablespoons chipotle chile, canned
2 canned tomato, chopped
2 cans pinto beans, large cans
1 bottle ale beer
sour cream
American cheese
chives, chopped

In a large pot, cook the ground beef until it is lightly cooked, about 8 minutes.
In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat and brown the onion, peppers, and jalapeños. Cook for 10 minutes.
Add the onion mixture to the pot with the meat and mix.
Add all the spices and chilies and mix, cook over medium heat.
Add the tomatoes, beans, and beer, and cook until it boils. Reduce to low heat and continue cooking for 20 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper and serve.
