2 kilos ground beef, (one only ground)
4 cloves garlic
1/2 onions
375 grams pasilla chile
salt, to taste
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
eggs, hard-boiled

Remove the stem from the chili and boil it with onion and garlic.
Wait for it to cool a bit and blend it.
In a skillet with oil, fry the meat.
Add a little chili and stir for four minutes.
Add the remaining chili and season with salt to taste.
Add hard-boiled eggs when serving.
