Chili Macho

Chili Macho is a Mexican dish that the whole family enjoys at family gatherings.

  • 2 kilos ground beef, (one only ground)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 onions
  • 375 grams pasilla chile
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • eggs, hard-boiled

  • Remove the stem from the chili and boil it with onion and garlic.
  • Wait for it to cool a bit and blend it.
  • In a skillet with oil, fry the meat.
  • Add a little chili and stir for four minutes.
  • Add the remaining chili and season with salt to taste.
  • Add hard-boiled eggs when serving.
