These chipotle chicken skewers glazed with Smucker’s® apricot jam will save the day, as they are very easy to prepare with ingredients you likely have at home. You have to try them!
Cut the chicken and onion into medium cubes and insert them onto skewers, season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Blend Smucker’s® apricot jam with chipotle, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, oregano, seasoning juice, and apple cider vinegar. Coat the skewers with this mixture and marinate for 20 minutes.
Cook the skewers on a medium grill for 15 minutes or until cooked through. Brush with Smucker’s® apricot jam throughout the cooking process to glaze them.
Serve, pair with white rice, and garnish with green onions.
