Try this recipe for easy, economical, but above all delicious chops. We present you an exquisite combination of chop with nopales and a little serrano chili sauce that you will surely love.
In a skillet, heat the oil and fry the chops for 5 minutes or until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, fry the onion and tomato for 3 minutes, add the nopal and let it cook for 5 minutes until the nopal is cooked.
Add the serrano chili and remove from heat.
For the sauce, roast the onion, garlic, tomato, and tomatillo on a comal for 10 minutes.
Place all the roasted vegetables in a molcajete or if you don't have one, you can blend everything adding salt. Grind the vegetables one by one, adding salt at the beginning to make grinding easier.
Serve on a flat plate, accompanied by the sauce, tortillas, and beans.
