Choriqueso Burger

For chorizo lovers, how about a delicious choriqueso burger? In addition to the meat being very juicy thanks to Maggi® Jugoso al Sartén® for Hamburgers, the combination of chorizo and melted cheese will be irresistible.

  • 800 grams beef, for the burger
  • 2 eggs, for the burger
  • 3/4 cups breadcrumbs, for the burger
  • 1 cup chorizo, for the burger
  • 4 envelopes Maggi® Juicy Skillet® for Hamburger
  • 4 slices asadero cheese
  • 1 cup ranchero chorizo, fried
  • pico de gallo, to assemble the burger
  • 4 burger buns
  • mayonnaise
  • mustard
  • French fries

  • For the burger meat: Place the ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, and chorizo in a bowl. Mix until all ingredients are combined. Form balls the size of your hand and with the help of a plate or your hands, gently flatten them without deforming the circle, making it 3 cm thick.
  • Take a packet of Maggi® Jugoso al Sartén® for Hamburgers, wrap a piece of meat with the packet and press to infuse the flavor. Grill each piece of meat on a skillet for 10 minutes over medium heat. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • To form the burger: Place the hamburger bun on a board, then spread mayonnaise and mustard on each of the tops. Place a piece of the hamburger meat on the bottom bun, add the cheese, a spoonful of chorizo, and top with the other hamburger bun.
  • Place the choriqueso burger on a serving plate and accompany it with French fries and pico de gallo.
