Chorizo with Beans

  • 1 cube Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 350 grams chorizo, slightly dry and cut into pieces
  • 1 can white bean, large
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup water

  • In a medium pot, sauté the chorizo pieces in the hot oil.
  • Add the tomato and cook for 2 minutes with the chorizo.
  • Incorporate the water, the Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth cube, and beans. Cook for 10 minutes.
  • You can add a bit of chili to make a delicious spicy chorizo.
