Classic Beef Burger

  • 600 grams beef, for the burger
  • 3/4 cups breadcrumbs, for the burger
  • 1 egg, for the burger
  • 4 envelopes Maggi® Juicy Skillet® for Hamburger
  • 4 slices Manchego cheese, sliced
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 4 burger buns
  • mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cups tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 cups onion, sliced
  • ketchup, for accompaniment
  • green rajas, for accompaniment
  • sweet potato chips

  • For the burger meat: Mix the ground beef with breadcrumbs and the egg in a bowl until you obtain a manageable and homogeneous mixture. Using your hands, form meatballs of approximately 150 grams, flattening them to form a disc the size of the hamburger bun. Remember that you can also use a lid to shape the meat.
  • Take a packet of Maggi® Jugoso al Sartén® for Burger, wrap a piece of meat with the packet and press to infuse the flavor. Place the seasoned meat in a hot skillet, cooking the piece over medium-low heat for 8 minutes on each side. Once the meat has been flipped twice, open the packet and place a slice of Manchego cheese and a slice of yellow cheese, allowing it to melt with the heat and remove from the skillet. Repeat until finished with the meat.
  • Prepare your burger: Spread mayonnaise on the bottom of the hamburger bun, then place the Italian lettuce to taste and the meat with melted cheese. Finally, add onion and tomato to taste. Serve with ketchup and jalapeño slices. Accompany with sweet potato chips.
