  • 6 ears corn, deboned
  • 1 kilo ground meat
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk

  • Boil the corn and blend it with the milk in a blender.
  • In a skillet, heat the oil, then add the onion.
  • Once the onion is cooked, add the ground meat, spices, and salt until the meat is half cooked.
  • In a pyrex dish, serve a layer of corn, a layer of meat, a layer of corn, and a layer of meat. The top layer will be corn, and sprinkle sugar on top.
  • Place it in the oven at 200 degrees for half an hour.
