280 grams blackberry sauce with extra special mulatto chili
2 teaspoons pimentón, ground paprika
2 tablespoons mustard, American
2 cups sour cream, natural
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon beef broth, or 1 cube
1 cup tomato purée
salt, to taste
1 kilo beef tenderloin, in cubes
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 cups button mushrooms, thinly sliced
1 cup green onion, slices
1/4 cups parsley, finely chopped for garnish
pepper, to taste

BLEND the ingredients for the sauce.
FRY the green onions in a pan with butter until golden, add the meat, let it cook until fully sealed, and finally add the mushrooms and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 more minutes.
POUR the sauce over the mixture and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
SERVE hot and garnish with chopped parsley.
