Creamy Beef Tips Stroganoff

You won't be able to resist the delicious creamy consistency of these beef tips.

  • 280 grams blackberry sauce with extra special mulatto chili
  • 2 teaspoons pimentón, ground paprika
  • 2 tablespoons mustard, American
  • 2 cups sour cream, natural
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon beef broth, or 1 cube
  • 1 cup tomato purée
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 kilo beef tenderloin, in cubes
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cups button mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup green onion, slices
  • 1/4 cups parsley, finely chopped for garnish
  • pepper, to taste

  • BLEND the ingredients for the sauce.
  • FRY the green onions in a pan with butter until golden, add the meat, let it cook until fully sealed, and finally add the mushrooms and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 more minutes.
  • POUR the sauce over the mixture and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
  • SERVE hot and garnish with chopped parsley.
