Ingredients: 280 grams blackberry sauce with extra special mulatto chili; 2 teaspoons pimentón, ground paprika; 2 tablespoons mustard, American; 2 cups sour cream, natural; 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce; 1 tablespoon beef broth, or 1 cube; 1 cup tomato purée; salt, to taste; 1 kilo beef tenderloin, in cubes; 2 tablespoons unsalted butter; 2 cups button mushrooms, thinly sliced; 1 cup green onion, slices; 1/4 cups parsley, finely chopped for garnish; pepper, to taste

BLEND the ingredients for the sauce. FRY the green onions in a pan with butter until golden, add the meat, let it cook until fully sealed, and finally add the mushrooms and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 more minutes.
